Ensuring Access and Treatment Options to Under-served Individuals Affected by Cancer
The walk will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024, Walk-a-thon begins at 8:00 a.m. at Memorial Park in Oak Lawn, IL. A $25 donation per adult is requested but not required to participate in this family and pet-friendly walk.
Renee’ Blisset of BlissFit Yoga LLC is hosting this fundraiser.
Ms. Blisset was just nine years old when she lost her mother to breast cancer. “I have spent many years raising funds for various breast cancer fundraisers in which I never quite saw the direct result of funds raised.” When Ms. Blisset was in need of resources to access her own breast health testing, she was referred to ASLF. “I am just one of thousands of women they have generously provided with access to critical testing.
